Equipment Operator

FieldBridge is looking for an Equipment Operator in Strasburg OH. to work for the worlds largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay benefits.

Pay Rate & Schedule:
$20$24/hour DOE 15 days on / 6 days off rotation Weekly pay every Friday Overtime expected every rotation At $24/hr and 100 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of $3120 gross.

• $30/day per diem; housing and flights provided for non-local candidates
• CDL preferred
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission

Position Overview
The Equipment Operator supports safe efficient and reliable field service delivery at a heavy industrial cement plant site. This is a hands-on role. Operators drive and run tractor trailer and body load units move materials between districts and help field and maintenance crews prepare equipment for operations. Full training is provided including shadowing experienced drivers before solo assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractor trailer units body load units and 550s with gooseneck trailers
• Hook up hoses run air slide controls and strap loads
• Hotshot pallets of chemicals between districts
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down and assist equipment operators and maintenance crews as needed
• Take part in pre-job and toolbox meetings wear required PPE and follow all HSE and DOT policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Available for a 15x6 rotation with 14-hour days (occasionally 16)
• Willingness to learn adaptability to changing schedules and tasks and strong time management
• Able to complete required safety training (NEST HVT QUEST) and site-specific training
• Class A CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements preferred; Hazmat endorsement a plus
• General labor or oilfield experience a plus
