Epicor System Administrator

• Install configure and maintain the Epicor ERP system hardware and software.
• Assist with tier 1 and tier 2 support for the Epicor ERP system including troubleshooting and incident management.
• Perform daily system monitoring and ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate change and release management activities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system problems and recommend innovative solutions.
• Track and report on Epicor performance making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and procedures.

• Experience with upgrading to Epicor ERP to version 10.x.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft.
• Understanding or experience in the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated project management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and learn new technology quickly.
• 5 years of experience supporting ERP Software or equivalent enterprise systems support.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database.
• 2 years of experience in Incident and Problem management.
• 1 year of experience documenting Knowledge Base Articles and SOPs.
• Bachelors degree with a technical major and 3 years of related experience or 6 years of experience will satisfy degree and experience requirements.
• Strong Epicor experience is essential.
• Ability to interpret technical information for a non-technical audience.
