Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Epic Professional Billing Administration (PB Admin) Certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of Epic Professional Billing experience in implementation optimization support or consulting
environments.
Strong understanding of professional billing workflows charge capture claim generation and revenue cycle processes.
Experience facilitating client meetings workflow analysis and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Ability to travel as required based on client needs.

Preferences:
Candidates who possess Epic PB Admin Certification paired with one of the following certifications are strongly preferred:
Expected Reimbursement Certification Hospital Billing (HB) Certification Professional Billing Claims Certification
Epic consulting experience within a healthcare IT consulting firm.
Experience with revenue cycle transformation and optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies and reimbursement modeling.
Experience supporting multi-hospital or large integrated delivery networks.
Familiarity with Epic upgrades enhancements and workflow redesign projects.
Strong understanding of integrated Revenue Cycle workflows across PB HB and Claims.

The estimated base rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. The job is also eligible toparticipatein Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided isin accordance withapplicable state and local lawsregardingsalary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
