Epic Cogito Analyst

This is a remote position.

Seeking an Epic Cogito Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives related to clinical documentation processes with a primary focus on reporting considerations surrounding documentation for deceased patients. This role will partner with clinical operational and technical teams to analyze workflows develop reporting solutions and ensure accurate data visibility across Epic applications.

Epic Cogito certification is a must

Epic Caboodle Development cert (CDW300v) is a big plus

• Design develop and maintain Epic reporting solutions to support documentation and compliance requirements.
  
• Analyze reporting needs and build reports dashboards and data extracts using Reporting Workbench Clarity and SQL.
  
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities and improve data accuracy.
  
• Validate and troubleshoot reporting results ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  
• Provide recommendations for workflow and reporting enhancements related to patient documentation processes.
  
• This position is ideal for an analytical Epic professional who can leverage Cogito tools and Clarity data to support critical reporting initiatives and operational decision-making
  

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Cogito Certification (required).
  
• Epic Cogito implementation experience.
  
• Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity.
  
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  
• Experience working in healthcare IT and Epic environments.
