Job Summary:
We are seeking anexperiencedEpic Beacon Analystto join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing configuring and supporting the Epic Beacon module while working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of Epic Beacon solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure maintain and support the Epic Beacon application.
Collaborate with clinicians business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Build test validate and deploy Epic Beacon enhancements and workflows.
Participate in system upgrades optimization initiatives and new implementations.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
Create and maintain system documentation workflows and build specifications.
Support integrated testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
L2 & L3 Support
Provide end-user support and participate in on-call activities when required.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare IT solutions.
Requirements
3 years of hands-on experienceworking with theEpic Beaconmodule.
Epic Beacon Certification is mandatory.
Experience with Epic build configuration testing implementation and production support.
Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations.
Experience working with integrated Epic applications is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Epic Beacon Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic Beacon experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
Knowledge of Epic implementation methodology.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and clinical workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
