As an Electrical Panel Assembly Foreman supports the Electrical Panel Assembly Team Lead by performing intermediatelevel electrical and mechanical assembly tasks. This role focuses on accurate assembly wiring and installation of electrical components while following established procedures drawings and safety standards. The Foreman also assists with training newer assemblers and helps maintain workflow efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical and electronic units harnesses and systems under direction of the Team Lead.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Read and interpret manuals wiring diagrams parts lists and technical drawings.
  • Perform wiring cable routing hardware installation and component mounting.
  • Prepare units for assembly including mechanical prep labeling and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist with adjustments and minor repairs to ensure components meet specifications.
  • Perform selfchecks to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Notify the Lead of defects delays or material shortages.
  • Support continuous improvement and follow established build processes.
  • Help maintain a safe clean and organized work area.
  • Provide guidance to entrylevel technicians or apprentices when requested.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead Engineers and production staff on assembly steps or issues.
  • Contribute feedback for process improvements or documentation updates.
Qualifications
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Proficient with hand tools and basic electrical measurement instruments.
  • Able to understand and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
  • Experience working in a production manufacturing or assembly environment
