Environmental Services Tech

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Environmental Service Worker to join our Environmental Services Department in Buffalo Missouri someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Work Shift: Will Vary

• Hours: 7:00a.m- 3:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is a 134-bed long-term care skilled nursing center. It includes a 34-bed memory care unit as well as a 16-bed high-functioning memory care unit. These units meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimers disease and other forms of dementia.

As an Environmental Service Worker you will be:

• Gathering trash throughout the building

• Cleaning public restrooms and main areas

• Changing bed linens daily

• Cleaning resident rooms

Day Shift Specific

• Cleaning resident rooms dining rooms and the beauty shop

• Vacuuming when needed

Night Shift Specific

• Vacuuming all carpets and rugs removing all office trash cleaning up all dishes in dining rooms and sweeping/mopping all areas

Qualifications:

Education: N/A

Experience: Will train

Skills: N/A

Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
