A growing manufacturer of synthetic fiber products (used in reinforced concrete and other applications) is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety at a 24/7 facility running 4 shifts. This is a hands-on relationship-driven role: walking the plant running inspections and coaching operators not sitting behind a screen.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shifts
• Own LOTO machine guarding and PPE compliance at the operator level
• Build trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadership
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
• Deliver hands-on training that sticks

What You Bring

• 3 years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of LOTO machine guarding and PPE programs
• Flexibility to rotate across all 4 shifts as needed
• Strong floor presence and comfort engaging hourly teams
