Environmental Health & Safety EHS & Security Analyst

Milacron is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team in Mount Orab this position you will be responsible for supporting environmental health and safety programs ensuring regulatory compliance conducting training leading incident investigations and driving a collaborative safety culture across the Youll Do:Conduct EHS audits inspections incident investigations and corrective action trackingLead safety training programs new hire onboarding safety committee meetings and emergency response trainingSupport OSHA EPA hazardous waste employee health and environmental compliance requirementsDevelop and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) risk assessments and safety procedures for manufacturing operationsPartner with plant leadership maintenance HR and associates to identify risks and implement practical safety improvementsQualifications:Must-have qualificationsExperience supporting environmental health and safety programs in a manufacturing environmentExperience conducting safety training incident investigations and compliance auditsKnowledge of OSHA regulations hazard identification risk assessments and corrective actionsAbility to collaborate effectively with employees supervisors and cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsNice-to-haveExperience in machining industrial manufacturing metalworking plating or similar operationsKnowledge of environmental compliance programs hazardous waste management wastewater treatment SPCC SWPPP or related environmental processesExperience facilitating safety committee meetings and emergency response programsAssociates degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field or equivalent experienceExperience developing JSAs conducting machine safety evaluations or supporting employee health programs#LI-KH1 #LI-ONSITE
