Entry-Level Technician

Lexus ofNaperville is seeking a skilled and experiencedEntry-LevelService Technician to join our team!As a Entry-LevelService Technician you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair services on vehicles including oil changes tire rotations and basic vehicle inspections. This full-time position requires work on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with one weekday and Sundays off. You Will:

- Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic vehicle inspections according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity

You Have:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Experience or a Degree/Certificate from an accredited program required
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand stoop kneel and lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
