Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives to support our growing team in Scottsdale. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop their communication and sales skills while gaining valuable experience in the health insurance industry. Ultimately providing a pathway and a real opportunity to join our main sales floor as a licensed health insurance broker.

Youll work directly with customers identify opportunities to provide additional products and services and learn the fundamentals of a high-performance sales environment. We provide training coaching and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour base pay
Uncapped commission opportunities
Uncapped daily bonuses

Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Occasional scheduled Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM

This is a full-time in-office position located in Scottsdale Arizona.

What Youll Do

Build relationships with customers through professional phone conversations
Assist customers with questions regarding their coverage and benefits
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
Present additional products and services that may benefit customers
Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
Track sales opportunities and performance metrics
Collaborate with sales operations and customer service teams
Review insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
Verify applicant information and supporting documentation
Assist with quality assurance and compliance requirements
Help resolve application issues in a timely manner

Helpful Qualifications

Sales experience
Customer service experience
Call center experience
Retail or hospitality experience
Insurance industry experience
Health insurance license

No sales experience No problem. Were willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and committed to developing their skills.
