Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate communication and activities among project team members and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
• Identify and report potential project risks and issues to management.

• Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
