Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities resources and information among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on status risks and issues to project leads.
• Help organize and facilitate project meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including files contracts and reports.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
