Entry Level Production

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness and ability to work all shifts and wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Stable documented work history.
• Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Demonstrated dedication to safety.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Ability to do demanding work (lift up to 50 pounds).

Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of $26.180 per hour based on your level of skills qualifications and experience.

Weyerhaeuser Lumber mill in Raymond WA is hiring for Entry Level Production Associates. We offer a competitive pay and benefit package including comprehensive health & welfare (medical dental vision) 401(k) paid vacation and holidays. The hourly starting wage is $26.180. This is a bargaining unit position in the IAM AW Union.

Key Functions:

• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in the team-based work environment with a positive attitude good communication skills and respectable work ethic.
• Successful applicants will train for a variety of positions including cleanup and equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and complete tasks as delegated.
• Utility labor such as picking up debris sweeping relieving production employees.
• Apply good housekeeping standards to your work area or any area you observe.
• Cross-train in production roles and be able to fill in when short-handed.
• Activities involving safety quality and process reliability improvements.
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve and take pride in your work.
• Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
• Operate and monitor various machine centers.
