This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while assisting with promotional activities customer engagement project coordination and administrative support.

• Assist with coordinating marketing and promotional initiatives
• Support customer outreach and communication efforts
• Help prepare marketing materials and presentations
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
• Coordinate schedules meetings and team activities
• Assist with tracking project progress and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Perform general office support duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
