Entry-Level Machinist

Location: Carrollton TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Day Shift
Full time opportunity with benefits; Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production needs
Load and unload parts materials and components according to work instructions
Monitor machines during operation to ensure parts are running properly and meeting quality standards
Read and follow basic work instructions production orders and safety procedures
Use basic measuring tools to check parts for accuracy and quality
Identify and report machine issues defects or production concerns to supervisors
Assist with basic machine set up adjustments and changeovers as needed
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
Follow all company safety quality and production guidelines

Qualifications:
15 years of machine operation production or manufacturing experience
Ability to follow work instructions and learn new equipment/processes
Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools preferred
Reliable safety-focused and willing to work as part of a team
Prior CNC machining or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
