Position Overview:
Bizzetta are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in communications to contribute to our company's messaging brand awareness and public relations efforts.

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing communication plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create and edit engaging content for press releases newsletters social media and the company website.
• Support media relations efforts by maintaining media lists and helping to coordinate press events.
• Manage and update social media platforms to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication software or tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.
