Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative upcoming civil engineering graduate with experience or interest in transportation engineering and bridges to work on challenging projects including bridges retaining walls dams storm and traffic structures inspections rehabilitations load ratings and assisting with construction engineering services.
You will be responsible for providing basic project design through CAD drafting performing research and writing technical reports and traveling to job sites for observation as needed. You will be able to collaborate with roadway traffic geotechnical and stormwater engineers on projects that make a positive impact in our community while simultaneously offering you the ability to grow and pick up a wide array of skills.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineeringwith structural emphasis or closely related field.
- Masters degree or in pursuit a plus.
- Ability to obtain Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate within 18 months of employment by passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Candidates graduating in December 2026 are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus.
