Description
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer with experience with Front End technologies as well as strong UI proficiency to join a small high-impact development team. If you enjoy taking ideas from concept to working prototype in short iterative cycles and you like solving challenging problems across the stack this role will give you the opportunity to have an outsized impact on how our organization operates. Youll work as a hands-on engineer on a close-knit team helping to design and build modern scalable applications with polished intuitive user interfaces.

• Design develop maintain and enhance complex full-stack software systems based on documented requirements
• Implement features end-to-end from UI through backend services and data stores
• Apply modern software engineering practices (version control code reviews automated testing CI/CD) to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions
• Build and execute simulations and test harnesses in development and test environments
• Ensure UI designs adhere to established UX/UI principles style guides and accessibility standards
• Leverage UI libraries frameworks and reusable components to accelerate development and maintain consistency
• Test UI across the organizations approved browsers and platforms to ensure a seamless user experience
• Debug and troubleshoot UI and full-stack issues performing root-cause analysis and driving fixes
• Continuously improve the user experience by identifying UX/UI enhancements and performance optimizations
• Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in front-end full-stack and UI development
• Participate in code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality and shared standards
• Collaborate closely with product owners designers and other engineers to refine requirements and deliver incremental value

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Twenty (20) years of relevant experience in software engineering modernization or solution architecture. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Math or Physics is required or equivalent combination of education training and experience is required.

Required skills:

• Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities within client environment.
• Strong software development skills with Java Python Object OrientedProgramming concepts and patterns.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlowPyTorch scikit-learn or similar.
• Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and computational complexity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) that includes Requirements Analysis Design Coding
• Testing Implementation Maintenance with the Agile Methodology

• Good understanding ofsoftware project management tools (GitLab Jenkins Maven Jira Confluence)
• Previousexperience in developing and deploying ML/AI models in real-world applications.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of data science workflows ETL and data lakes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth health and happiness expected salary range for this position depending on education and years of experience is $215000 - $245000.
