Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder meeting and gather required information towards driving Broadridge into capability-centric architecture.
- Document business requirements business capability process flows and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner.
- Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle
- Define and design target-state capability architecture business service catalogue which are implementable in selected BPM platform
- Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation)
- Assess business processes Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state
- Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
- Individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery
- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences
- Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with very senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros cons and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery
