Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operational Excellence Consultant to support enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives for a healthcare organization. The consultant will work with business and operational stakeholders to assess current processes identify improvement opportunities develop practical recommendations and support implementation of operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews workshops and process-mapping sessions.

  • Analyze current-state and future-state processes.

  • Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency quality consistency and performance.

  • Support implementation of process-improvement initiatives.

  • Develop process documentation workflows procedures and improvement plans.

  • Establish performance measures and track improvement outcomes.

  • Work closely with leadership business teams and subject-matter experts.

  • Identify risks dependencies and potential implementation challenges.

  • Prepare presentations reports findings and recommendations for management.

  • Support change-management and organizational adoption activities.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and recommendations for sustainable improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Organizational Development Healthcare Administration or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in operational excellence process improvement business transformation or management consulting.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience working with business and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience documenting and improving business processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business-process documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or public-sector environments.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement or similar methodologies.

  • Experience with organizational change management.

  • Relevant professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma PMP or related credentials.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented consultant who can quickly understand complex organizational processes engage stakeholders effectively translate findings into practical recommendations and help teams implement sustainable improvements.

Work Environment:

The consultant may work remotely on-site or in a hybrid environment depending on client requirements. Occasional travel or on-site participation may be required.
