Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to fill an immediate need supporting a mission critical application. Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of a modernization effort to converge NSAs authoring dissemination and other supporting tools. Responsibilities will include deploying applications installing and configuring complex software managing network servers and technology tools monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance and troubleshooting issues and outages.

This position allows for partial telework.

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required; or four (4) years of Software Engineer or equivalent experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Required skills:

• Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked

• Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology

• Java / Spring Boot (troubleshooting error logs)

• MongoDB

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth health and happiness expected salary range for this position depending on education and years of experience is $150000 - $265000.
