Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Description
- New provider patient enrollment. Will process 2000 patients into concierge medical plans.
Required Skills:
- HSD/GED
- 3 years of recent experience working as an Executive Assistant High-End Sales PSR or Enrollment Specialist
- Ability to read understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use proper grammar
- 2 completed supervisor references
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Call handling on inbound/outbound patient calls provided details and answer questions about concierge medical service plans
- Email payment links information pamphlets and enrollment forms to interested patients
- Process enrollment paperwork and confirm enrollment
- Patient check-in (lunches and breaks)
- Patient chaperoning (lunches/breaks)
