Together we are Building A Better the Role:We are seeking an Engineering Intern to support our Ft. Wayne facility. This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to Manufacturing and Controls Engineering automation tooling Lean manufacturing troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Youll work alongside experienced engineers and process experts to identify opportunities solve problems and improve manufacturing processes and You Will Do: Learn from Manufacturing and Controls Engineers and Process Experts while supporting day-to-day engineering with automation controls tooling Lean and continuous improvement and implement improvement ideas that enhance safety quality efficiency and troubleshooting debugging testing and improvements of automated and semi-automated assembly with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement permanent and document control system testing and review test results and and maintain technical documents presentations work instructions and How-To guides for manufacturing hands-on engineering activities and other assigned You Need To Be Successful:Currently pursuing an Engineering degree from an accredited college or with Microsoft Office particularly troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving written and verbal communication -motivated dependable and results to work independently and effectively as part of a interest in manufacturing automation controls and continuous -conscious mindset and commitment to following established to lift to 40 to work up to 25 hours per Points If You Have:Experience with manufacturing automation controls robotics or assembly with Lean manufacturing or continuous engineering manufacturing or technical internship :Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related :MinimalWhat We Offer:We believe our team members are our greatest investment which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
