Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems infrastructure and applications. This role ensures reliable operation of hardware software networks and cloud services while supporting users and engineering teams in resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system network and application issues Support servers virtualization and cloud environments Perform system maintenance patching and upgrades Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Mentor junior support staff Support incident response and root cause analysis
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred 4 7 years of experience Strong knowledge of systems networking and troubleshooting
Minimum experience required of the position:
Scheduler Sr to Sr Lead High level of understanding of P6
Knowledge skills and abilities required of the position:
Understanding of Power BI and other analysis tools. Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization
