ReNuke Services is seeking an Engineering Support Lead/ Supervisor for our clients site in Jackson MS!
Job Description:
A scheduler that develops detailed schedules for design engineering projects. Coordinates and represents the department in project engineering and scheduling meetings.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Plans and schedules work based on system priorities workload demand and available resources to ensure timely execution of field activities.
* Ensures schedules are properly loaded; manages schedule adjustments and re-optimization as conditions change.
* Partners with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure priority work is executed efficiently.
* Monitors and communicates schedule updates.
* Forecasts workload with internal and external workgroups on resource planning availability and workload balancing.
* Identifies scheduling constraints or deficiencies analyzes alternatives and recommends solutions to mitigate conflicts and service impacts.
Minimum experience required of the position:
* Scheduler Sr to Sr Lead
*High level of understanding of P6 knowledge skills and abilities required of the position:
Required:
* Prior nuclear experience
* Prior design engineering scheduling experience
Preferred:
* Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools.
* Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization
