We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Lead end-to-end project management for engineering initiatives including scope schedule cost and quality.
Collaborate with engineering operations and business stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Ensure effective communication across teams providing regular status updates to leadership.
Manage budgets track expenses and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal and external resources including vendors and contractors.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field required.
5 years of project management experience in engineering construction or technical environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
