Engineering Project Manager

As our new Engineering Project Manager youll be managing the end-to-end delivery of medium complexity engineering projects that ensure our customers receive world-class pump and water technology solutions. As a key part of the Project Delivery team youll create impact by driving profitable project outcomes through disciplined execution proactive risk management and seamless coordination across customers suppliers and internal teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple medium complexity engineering projects simultaneously from order fulfilment through to after-sales utilizing SAP SD SAP PS and Grundfos project execution processes
• Coordinate sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment with supply agreements and service levels delivering projects to time cost and quality targets
• Prepare submittal packages and compile handover documentation in line with agreed formats and standards
• Manage project risks and opportunities across your portfolio escalating and resolving issues in collaboration with Proposals Sales Service and Warranty teams
• Support quotation and proposal activities to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of project deliverables
• Contribute to monthly KPI analysis action planning and continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Above all youre a results-oriented project professional with strong technical acumen excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple complex deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Wed also imagine that you are/have:

• A Bachelors or masters degree (or equivalent) with 3-4 years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time cost and quality
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as PRINCE2 and SAP PS
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium complexity projects simultaneously while engaging diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in SAP (SD CRM or BW) and Microsoft Office with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in our Brookshire TX office on a hybrid schedule

Its a plus if you also have:

• Experience in Field Service and/or Service Coordination
• Background in pump systems water technology or related engineering industries
• Experience with financial management and change management within project environments

The salary range for this position is $69300 to $104790 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidates profile.
