Engineering Project Manager

• Lead program management efforts across the full product lifecycle including early engagement on architecture feature definition and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering design and partner organizations to drive alignment and delivery
• Provide clear timely and objective communication including regular program updates and escalation of critical issues to executive stakeholders
• Break down complex problems into structured discussions to drive decision-making and alignment across teams
• Build and manage project timelines with clear dependencies critical path tracking and consistent status reporting
• Identify risks develop mitigation plans and proactively re-plan as needed to keep programs on track
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure on-time delivery and deployment of key initiatives
• Define milestones checkpoints and success metrics to track progress and execution
• Proactively identify issues and mobilize the right resources to resolve them efficiently
• Coordinate across teams to prioritize work manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure product quality and schedule adherence

• 5 years of Engineering Program Management experience working on cross-functional products and software engineering teams
  • Experience leading multiple work streams concurrently with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing projects involving LLM-based products or AI-driven systems
  • Understanding of the internal workings of shipping consumer-facing AI products
  • Experience collaborating closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience leveraging agentic AI tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to drive efficiencies across the project management lifecycle including planning documentation workflow automation and status reporting
