Engineering Program Manager

MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

Release & Engineering Operations

• risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful
• delivery and release of product capabilities.
• Drive operational processes around testing validation bug management launch
• readiness and post-release reviews.
• Maintain visibility into release health testing status and critical path dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams.
• Facilitate decision-making manage trade-offs and drive accountability.
• Communicate program status and risks clearly to the cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes workflows and tools to
• increase team effectiveness and execution velocity.
• Drive scalable practices for planning tracking and delivery.
• Drive accountability through clear ownership action tracking and operational rigo

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Program Management Engineering Operations Technical
• Program Management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC release management testing processes and engineering
• operations.
• Experience working closely with Engineering Product Management and Quality Engineering teams.
• Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Experience with Jira Confluence/Wiki and project tracking tools.
