Engineering Program Manager (PMO), eBusiness Services

The global eBusiness team is responsible for delivering system connectivity both internallynand externally using industry standard solutions and in-house developed systems andnplatforms. We are seeking a program/project manager to work in our PMO. Our PMO leadsnall our global strategic initiatives while working with leading edge technologies. You willnhave a background in engineering and project management.

This is a hands on role working and establishing relationships with our business financenand operations teams understanding what their needs are and translating those needs intoninnovative solutions with our engineering teams. You will take responsibility and feelnpersonally accountable for the projects you deliver. You have a curious mind alwaysnseeking to learn how things work. You thrive in uncertainty and strive to bring clarity andnfocus in a fast paced environment. You will independently lead multiple concurrentnprograms and projects through the full lifecycle including scope requirements projectnplanning delivery and prioritization. You will drive on time delivery and deploymentnestablishing checkpoints and communicating status updates to internal and externalnstakeholders. You will play a key role in the strategic direction of our global organization byndelivering these key strategic projects and programs.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.n5 years proven experience delivering cross functional programs and in relationship building with strong ability to connect with people at all levelsnand develop how to cut through ambiguity by establishing priorities developing plansnanticipating risks and having diOicult -in-class communication and presentation skills (written u0026 verbal) to all levelsnof an organization

Project management certifications (PMP PMI-ACP CSM) preferrednWorking experience in Agile development methodologynIntegrations and Supply Chain background or knowledge is a plusnSelf-motivated and enthusiastic enjoys solving problems and has demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities to think driven results-oriented problem solver who will drive programs to deliver value quickly to our customers
