As the iCloud Mail EPM you will lead cross-functional programs that deliver new capabilities and quality improvements to one of Apples most widely used services. Youll partner with engineering design and operations leaders to define plans manage risks and dependencies and keep stakeholders aligned from concept through launch.

Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines planning requirements and risks mitigations and drive alignment across the organization and between teamsnProvide clear timely and objective communication including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive teamnCoordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaborationnProactively identify issues and solutions and mobilize resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality including cross-functional dependencies

3 years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software developmentnExperience leading large programs; from requirements gathering collaboration with product and design teams through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for experience building customer facing products / services with foundational understanding of the technical detailsnExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audiencenStrong analytical thinking analysis and problem-solving skillsnAbility to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives

Familiarity with Claude code developmentnExperience managing incident response service health or operational readiness programs for live production servicesnBackground partnering with Privacy Security Legal and Localization teams to launch globally compliant featuresnWorking knowledge of email standards and technologies such as IMAP SMTP JMAP MIME DKIM/SPF/DMARC or related anti-abuse and deliverability systems
