Job Summary
Apples GGML group provides the graphics software foundation across all of Apples innovativenproducts from iPhone iPad and Apple Watch to Apple TV iTunesVision and Mac. As a key linknbetween developers and our hardware GGML drives the development of display graphics drivers and provides frameworks and technologies that power the most advanced Games GPU Compute and Graphics Pro Apps across Apple platforms.
Defining and tracking progress for our Product Software deliverables from early HW through with cross-functional groups across multiple teams at Apple to drive GPU u0026 Display feature deliverables through the product development life managing and communicating program feature plans active investigations escalations and drive technical risks to and highlighting technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with the technical subject matter u0026 influencing a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU u0026 Display feature continuous improvements and increased efficiency across program management processes.
BS/MS (EE/CS/CE) or a related technical field.n5 years of program management experience in software hardware or systems engineering technical acumen and the ability to align teams around architecture milestones and execution communication collaboration and leadership skills.n
Background in CPU GPU (Graphics HW Graphics APIs like Metal) or exposure to Display technologies(eg: Color HDR..) experience is a strong in introducing or having an understanding of HW into manufacturing or high volume production is a huge to dive deep on technical topics and abstract the right level of information into an actionable path forward with cross-functional -motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
