Experience driving very large complex software system development and least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW HW Product Design QA)nStrong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplinesnExcellent track record of project management and meeting deliverablesnSelf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinkingnExceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineersnAbility to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audiencenFlexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and very adaptablenExcellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience
