What Youll Do

- Guide engineering teams through design integration testing and implementation activities.
- Ensure projects achieve performance quality schedule and budget objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for complex engineering challenges and customer requirements.
- Influence the organizations engineering strategy standards and design methodologies.
- Champion best practices in automation controls systems integration and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a senior technical resource for project teams and executive leadership.
- Help establish scalable processes that improve consistency and project delivery.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and develop effective technical solutions.
- Support sales and business development efforts by contributing technical expertise during pursuits and proposal activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients industry partners and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote a culture of quality safety and operational excellence.
- Review key engineering deliverables and project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows tools and engineering processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 13 years of experience in industrial automation controls engineering or systems integration.
- Experience leading engineering teams in project-based environments.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies control systems and industrial operations.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or comparable technical certification.
- Experience supporting proposal development client engagement and business growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with project planning financial management and risk mitigation practices.
