Engineering Manager, Find My

Lead mentor and grow a talented team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and engineering a strong advocate for the customer experiencenTake ownership of solving problems and deliver solutions on timenCommunicate and coordinate with teams and stakeholdersnParticipate in design and code reviewsnAssist with various team and system support needs

3 years of engineering management experience leading iOS macOS or systems-level development teamsn8 years of software/firmware development experience with strong expertise in Swift/Objective-C/C/CnAbility to take ownership identify requirements prioritize and make progress in an environment with limited given inputnProven track record of shipping complex software products and frameworksnExperience in device bringup software development with concurrent programming multi-threading and distributed systemsnStrategic thinking with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)nAbility to be in office Monday through Thursday

Strong understanding of common data structures and algorithmsnHands on experience writing strong object-oriented code including creating frameworks modular and testable softwarenWorking knowledge of cryptography standards and protocols (e.g.. PKCS KMIP X.509 AES KDF CA)nVery strong in leading others and hands-on in programming system design and problem solvingnExperience driving release decisions scoping work and driving bug convergencenExperience in cross team collaboration and communication across multiple timezonesnAble to work in an ambiguous and highly interdependent work environment to get things done in an efficient and tactful waynAbility to thrive in a multi-functional team on high-profile critical projects
