What You Will Do

• Lead the engineering team responsible for 300 destination integrations
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 8 software engineers
• Drive execution across customer-facing infrastructure projects
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions
• Prioritize new integrations enhancements and platform improvements
• Partner directly with customers and integration partners
• Improve sync speed reliability and performance across the platform
• Drive initiatives involving parallelism batching and rate-limit optimization
• Help scale integration infrastructure supporting thousands of daily syncs
• Guide architecture and technical decision-making across the team
• Coach engineers and raise the technical execution bar
• Improve engineering processes planning and delivery velocity
• Collaborate closely with product customer success and leadership teams
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs balancing customer impact and long-term scalability
• Drive adoption of AI tooling to improve engineering productivity

• 6 years of backend software engineering experience
