Engineering Management Co-Op

• Lead a small well-scoped engineering project or a sub-workstream within a larger program
• Coordinate across disciplines: Mechanical Electrical & Firmware
• Support project execution activities including:
  • Planning and task breakdown
  • Schedule tracking and status reporting
  • Risk identification and mitigation
• Drive team alignment and communication
  • Facilitate stand-ups or small team reviews
  • Track action items and follow-ups
• Contribute to engineering deliverables in your area of expertise
• Apply structured processes (e.g. requirements traceability quality practices)
• Present project updates and outcomes to leadership

• Enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Engineering Computer Science or other technical field
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Solve technical problems
  • Communicate clearly (written and verbal)
  • Work in a team environment

• Strong academic performance in engineering fundamentals
