Summary:

• Performs technical integration and ownership of tools processes risk management systems and visibility enhancements (dashboards).
• Performs studies analysis (trend variance impact) and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development production rates process improvement and program initiatives.
• Collects analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
• Collaborates with managers engineers manufacturing suppliers and stakeholders.
• Improves business systems and implements best practices that support project decision makers.
• Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in utilization of processes tools and integration of engineering designs.
• Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical data regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
• Acts as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Understands engineering change processes.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• Associates degree or higher.
• 3 years of experience in customer support.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
