    • Design Verification & Approval
    • Procurement & Contract Management
    • Management of the bidding process
    • Project Schedules (Primavera MS Project etc.)
    • Project Controls
    • Subcontractors and Overall Project Supervision
    • Commissioning Validation & Start-up Support

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Lead the development of project scopes design criteria and engineering specifications in alignment with clients standards.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure design deliverables meet project goals timelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform detailed reviews of engineering drawings 3D models and technical documentation ensuring constructability feasibility and compliance.
  • Support value engineering efforts to optimize design solutions for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Ensure alignment of designs with facility master plans production requirements and clients strategic objectives.
  • Review and approve shop drawings submittals and change orders.
  • Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with design specifications quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with construction management teams to monitor contractor performance and adherence to project schedules.
  • Work closely with project managers procurement teams and end-users to align project objectives with business needs.
  • Coordinate with clients facilities and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and design reviews ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Ensure all design and construction activities comply with GMP FDA OSHA and other applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to track and validate design and construction performance.
  • Identify potential risks during design and construction phases and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve technical conflicts and troubleshoot issues related to design materials or construction practices.
  • Provide solutions to ensure project delivery meets cost quality and timeline objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation including design packages as-built drawings and change management record.
