We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to strengthen our team within Rapid Response Technical Support. This is a key role for ensuring highquality customerfocused support to our global operations. Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to HSSE emergency calls in line with established procedures
  • Provide first-line technical and operational support for HMH equipment globally
  • Use remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot equipment on rigs both onshore and offshore
  • Communicate professionally with customers in high-pressure situations
  • Document support cases and report incidents and non-conformities
  • Contribute to improving our Rapid Response support capabilities
  • Identify and report upselling opportunities where relevant

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical level experience
  • Strong experience troubleshooting drilling equipment
  • Has multi-disciplinary and operational knowledge of the HMH product portfolio
  • Has a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
