We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support the design implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes equipment and production systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations process development equipment implementation and operational excellence initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support projects ranging from pilot processes to full-scale production operations while ensuring safety quality and efficiency standards are achieved.

• Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes and production systems
• Support equipment installation qualification and startup activities
• Participate in process improvement projects focused on quality productivity and efficiency
• Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend process enhancements
• Assist with transitioning processes from pilot-scale to full production operations

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing process issues
• Collect and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process optimizations
• Assist with equipment evaluations testing and validation activities

• Create and maintain engineering documentation reports and process records
• Support development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards safety requirements and manufacturing procedures
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist with engineering projects from planning through implementation
• Coordinate activities with manufacturing quality maintenance and operations teams
• Track project tasks timelines and deliverables
• Support process transfer and scale-up activities

• Bachelors degree in:
  • Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Related technical discipline
• 0 2 years of engineering experience in:
  • Manufacturing
  • Process Engineering
  • Production Operations
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Related technical environments
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical information and follow established procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
• Exposure to:

  • Validation Activities
• Experience working with regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering drawings process documentation and quality systems
