As a key member of the Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Systems team you will drive the regional execution governance and standardization of critical digital manufacturing technologies. In this high-impact position you will partner directly with plant leadership and regional cross-functional teams (Quality Engineering FP&R and GIT) to define and scale innovative high-efficiency digital capabilities across manufacturing facilities. You will elevate operational excellence by empowering local teams through technical coaching while enforcing global cybersecurity and system standards to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation technical direction and troubleshooting of digital manufacturing system initiatives across regional plants to drive operational consistency and efficiency.
Standards & Cybersecurity Governance: Enforce global manufacturing systems standards cybersecurity policies compliance checklists and access management across all regional sites to safeguard plant operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Best Practices: Partner with regional Quality Engineering FP&R and GIT teams to identify communicate and scale high-impact manufacturing best practices across plant networks.
Capability Building & Mentorship: Design and deliver technical training programs to address competency gaps building strong local plant systems expertise and fostering a global digital mindset.
System Reliability & Escalation Management: Oversee technical issue resolution mitigate operational downtime impacts and manage remediation activities across the region.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
5 years of experience in Engineering Automation Supply Chain Operations or IT Supply Chain.
Proven track record configuring deploying and maintaining core manufacturing software systems (e.g. MES HMI ISA-88 Batching Historians).
Hands-on technical proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL / MS SQL Server) and SAP manufacturing workflows (Production Orders Confirmations Material Movements Quality Management).
Core knowledge of plant floor control systems Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Operational Excellence standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a regional role within a matrixed CPG or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
Technical familiarity with AVEVA (Wonderware) platforms Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial instrumentation.
Experience with enterprise analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Domo SQL Reporting Services).
Demonstrated functional competencies in cross-functional project management technical coaching root-cause troubleshooting and process optimization.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $96800.00 - $137000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
