Role Overview:

IMIis seeking a skilledMechanical Engineer a Ball Valve Manufacturing Company based in the Irwin area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and testing mechanical systems and devices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the success of our engineering team.

Work Environment: Irwin PA On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design team in preparation of assembly and component drawings for sales orders inquiries and new product development using PTC Creo software
• Maintain configurations bills of material and component/assembly data in ERP software
• Work with assembly manufacturing and quality assurance departments to resolve production issues
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for customers representatives and our clients sales and marketing department
• Perform design layout testing and evaluation of products including integration of automation
• Serve as project coordinator on sales orders requiring ongoing technical guidance and oversight to maintain information flow between customer and departments within our clients organization (engineering manufacturing purchasing etc.)
• Participate in committees and project groups for activities (QA audits Safety ASME CGA etc.)

Critical Competencies for Success:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or other Engineering track
• Four or more years actual engineering work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• 3D modeling experience (PTC Creo preferred)
• Microsoft Outlook Teams Office (Word Excel etc.

Pay range: $75000 - $85000

Within this range individual pay is determined based on skills experience and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws if applicable.
