About the Role

As a Structural Engineer I youll join our growing structural engineering team as an early-career engineer. Working under close supervision and mentorship youll support the analysis and design of foundations steel structures and other structures for a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV BESS HV).

What Youll Do :

  • Under the direction of senior engineers perform structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles screw and helical piles and cast-in-place concrete) overhead steel structures building envelopes and non-building structures.

  • Apply industry codes and standards including ASCE 7 IBC NESC ASCE 113 IEEE 693 and NFPA to assigned tasks with guidance.

  • Adhere to applicable Client EPC Owner and Utility standards on all assigned work.

  • Support the development of structural drawings and details with designers and the civil design team including inputs to foundation bills of material (BOMs).

  • Use engineering software (Excel and RISA; VBA and Python a plus) to complete and document calculations.

  • Perform self-checks document work clearly and build toward EIT/FE licensure.

What Were Looking For:

  • A bachelors degree in structural civil or related engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

  • 0 years of experience; internship or co-op experience a plus. EIT/FE optional but encouraged.

  • Foundational understanding of structural analysis and design principles.

  • Familiarity with structural analysis software (RISA or similar) and Excel; VBA and Python a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail eagerness to learn and ability to follow direction.
