Energy Budget Specialist

The Energy Budget Analyst I role is responsible for the daily tasks associated with the companys customer budget and energy assistance programs. This individual works with the Budget and Energy Assistance Supervisor and colleagues to ensure the customer budget plans and state energy assistance funding programs are administered properly. This position is customer-facing and will often collaborate with various internal departments to ensure an elevated level of customer youll do:Process and update internal budget log requests and complete budget program setups documenting accounts accordinglyActively participate in One Call Resolution phone queue assisting customers for efficient customer service and workflowRenew and review customer budget plans within program guidelinesReview customer budget plans quarterly using the Midstream tool and notify customers of the updated 12- month paymentContact past due budget customers and Auto Pay decline customers by phone and dunning noticesApply Energy Assistance Benefit payments to customer accounts accuratelyComplete Energy Assistance customer consumption reports and assist with audits and state program refundsSubmit delivery invoice and delivery ticket information to energy assistance programs as required for benefit paymentsPerforms other related duties as assignedWhat you bring:Five (5) years of customer service experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office)Able to work and manage fast paced environment and strong phone/verbal skillsEmployee who prefers team collaborative environment will flourishAbility to multitaskLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
