Compensation:

• Hourly pay range: $147.61$200.99/hour based on experience and qualifications

Job/Practice Description: Endocrinology

• Manages and provides acute chronic preventive curative and rehabilitative medical care
• Experience with transitions of care chronic disease management and advanced goals-of-care discussions
• Inpatient skilled nursing coverage and call coverage as assigned by the Medical Director
• Case management of clinic patients admitted to hospitals with referrals to medical specialties
• Consultative services for complex diagnostic or therapeutic problems as requested
• Interdisciplinary team care planning
• Preferred skills: skin biopsy excision of skin lesions suturing casting sigmoidoscopy and phlebotomy
• Must obtain staff privileges at local hospitals and nursing homes

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in a primary care specialty
• Current CA MD/DO and DEA license
• CPR certification
• Completion of clinical training
