Job Summary
Position will be responsible for the set up and service aspects of Encore Food & Beverage Division at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center Recreation Parks and Tourism Department. Responsibilities will include but not limited to customer service room set up and break down expediting food for all food related events adherence to safe food handling procedures and all related cleaning tasks.
must have knowledge of the food industry as to the preparation and serving of food and beverage according to rules and regulations of the Wicomico County Board of Health. have the ability to expedite food for all foodservice must have a high school diploma or experience in the food service or hospitality organizational and interpersonal skills relating to the ability to plan organize and present food services for catering be knowledgeable and experienced in adherence to safe food handling and preparation guidelines as well as expediting food delivery to catered literacy in food service software is a strong asset for the have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand work objectives from Food & Beverage Administration Managers and Supervisors be physically able to lift objects weighing as much as fifty pounds regarding replenishing supplies and food inventories.A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
