VetMEDis seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6-12 month training and mentorship program. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented driven reflective and reliable to train with us and transition into an ER position at VetMED.

The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program
The ER Immerse program utilizes a hybrid training approach incorporating simulation-based didactic components into authentic training experiences with live patients. The curriculum is designed using an evidence-based strategy identifying competencies and skills deemed essential for a successful career as an emergency clinician.

Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.
Program Duration/Commitment
6-12 month training program. *Rolling Start Dates Available
1-year commitment as an ER clinician at VetMED following training

Program Highlights
o4 clinical shifts per week and ½ of a didactic day per week
oRotate with other specialty services during the training program
oAlways work with a dedicated mentor on shifts
oNo on-call
oCompetency-based curriculum that includes asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds
oEnjoy protected half-day didactic rounds each week with our house officers and specialists creating an immersive learning environment focused on collaboration and clinical excellence
oRegular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors
