Pay: $85/hour

Interim ED Director Opportunity:

• Full-time temp to perm opportunity
  
• 13-week initial duration; seeking individuals who are looking to go temporary to permanent
  
• The Interim ED Director manages daily unit operations emergency patient throughput triage efficiency and interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
  
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations accreditation standards patient safety protocols and quality improvement benchmarks
  
• Interim ED Director oversees annual budgets labor management staffing ratios supply expenses and productivity goals
  
• Handles recruitment performance evaluations staff coaching retention strategies and clinical training for nurses and support teams
  

Interim ED Director Qualifications:

• BSN required; MSN preferred
  
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact state
  
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership or unit management experience in an emergency department or acute care setting
